Welcome to my new website!
Posted on August 22, 2009
Hi everyone and thank you for visiting my new website!
In celebration of my new site, I’m launching a new package that I think is going to be pretty popular. It includes the sitting fee for up to four people, a private, on-line proofing gallery with a minimum of 30 finished photos, an 11X14 professional print, and a CD with the high-resolution digital files! Too many previous clients have asked for an affordable option for their digital files so who am I to deny them?
Everyone who books my new package between now and the end of August will get it for $200! Crazy! Your shoot can be any time before Thanksgiving, but book in the next week and a half to get this special price and make sure your spot is reserved. Late summer and early fall is my favourite time to do shoots because the light is so golden and awesome.
I’m pretty excited about this format, which is a blog/website hybrid. This blog includes all of the info you found on my old website, direct links to client proofing, etc. but also has a blog function, so I can share photos and other stuff with everyone. I’m open to suggestions about content – I could post photography tips if people are interested. One of the other great features of the new site is that you can order your photos directly from the proofing gallery! There is a shopping cart feature and you can shop right online. I think it’s going to be awesome!
Anyway, take a look around and let me know what you think! And email me to book your session soon!
Here’s a snapshot of my son, Will, at the Edmonton Folk Fest. Those are earplugs in his ears! We ended up really close to the stage and it was super loud, but luckily some friends had a extra pair of baby earplugs. You can’t tell from the picture, but it was actually quite late and so we had bundled him up for for the night. He is sitting in the seat part of his stroller, which we detached and put on our tarp so he would have somewhere comfortable to sit.

Here we are later in the night:

Both of these were taken with my little point and shoot – no way was I dragging my big camera all over the folk fest!
These two are sooooo darn good looking!!!
And sooooo darn smart….can just tell!!!
